Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and product deployments under the guidance of experienced Technical Consultants.
- Configure and integrate Whalebone solutions into customer environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and help identify suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Excellence, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer deployments.
- Assist customers with technical questions and provide post-deployment support.
- Help create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Learn about customer network environments and gain hands-on experience with Linux, DNS, and networking technologies.
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge and contribute to improving our implementation processes.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites when needed.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Linux administration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and modern internet technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both colleagues and customers.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of your personal development.
- Fluency in English and Czech / Slovak.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Linux experience through university, internships, personal projects, or a homelab.
- Basic understanding of DNS and internet protocols.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Basic scripting skills (Python or Bash).
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
- Interest in network security technologies or DNS resolver solutions (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS, etc.).
